Brad Finley - Recruitment Director

Brad Finley, a native of Travelers Rest, SC, has dedicated his career to educating and inspiring young people. Currently a teacher at RC Edwards Middle School in Pickens County, Brad brings 21 years of experience working with students and six years of experience as a classroom educator. His time in the field has given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs that today’s youth face, and he is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where they can thrive.

Throughout his career, Brad has been committed to guiding students not only academically but also in personal growth and character development. Known for his approachable and encouraging teaching style, he works to connect with each student, fostering a sense of trust and mutual respect. His role as an educator extends beyond the classroom, as he continuously seeks ways to positively impact his students’ lives, encouraging them to reach their fullest potential.

Joining the Big Bro Lil Bro program is a natural extension of Brad’s dedication to youth mentorship. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with young men outside of the school setting, where he can further support their development and provide guidance as they navigate life's challenges. Through Big Bro Lil Bro, Brad is eager to serve as a positive role model, helping young men build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of self-worth.

Brad’s extensive experience, combined with his commitment to service and community, makes him a valuable asset to the Big Bro Lil Bro program. His goal is to make a meaningful impact on the next generation, equipping them with the skills and mindset they need to succeed both personally and academically.
