Pastor Cedric Brockman - Director of Worship

Cedric Brockman, a Greenville, South Carolina native, has devoted his life to family, faith, and the empowerment of young people. Married for 24 years, Cedric is a proud father of four, and his commitment to his family is mirrored in his dedication to his community. With more than twenty years of experience working closely with youth, Cedric has developed a deep understanding of the challenges young people face today and is passionate about guiding them toward positive paths.

In his role as a Behavior Intervention Specialist for the Greenville County School District, Cedric has been committed to supporting students’ educational journeys for over a decade. His work involves helping students overcome behavioral challenges and fostering environments where they can succeed both academically and personally. Cedric’s approach is rooted in empathy and patience, as he works to understand the underlying causes of students' struggles and equip them with the tools they need to thrive. His dedication to student well-being has made him a respected figure in the school district and a trusted advocate for at-risk youth.

Outside his work in education, Cedric is deeply engaged in his faith community. As the Pastor of Abel Baptist Church in Clemson, South Carolina, he passionately ministers to his congregation, offering guidance, support, and encouragement. His role as pastor allows him to connect with individuals across all ages, providing spiritual mentorship and serving as a source of strength for those in need. His commitment to his faith and his community work harmoniously, as he continually seeks to uplift others and create lasting, positive change.
