Jordan Penrod - Founder/President

Jordan Penrod, originally from Ohio, is the Founder and Board President of Big Bro Lil Bro, an organization committed to supporting and empowering at-risk youth. Growing up in Ohio, Jordan developed a passion for community service early on, which led him to pursue a career dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people and the broader community. After moving to Upstate South Carolina to enjoy a milder climate, Jordan continued his career in law enforcement, a field he has been dedicated to since 2013.

In 2023, Jordan took on the role of school resource officer, allowing him to work closely with students and serve as a positive, stabilizing influence within the school environment. This role aligns closely with his passion for helping others, particularly youth who face significant challenges and have experienced trauma. His focus on mentorship and trauma-informed support highlights his commitment to fostering resilience and growth among young people in need of guidance and positive role models.

Outside his professional life, Jordan values spending quality time with his family, cherishing moments of connection and relaxation. He is an avid football fan and eagerly follows the sport each season. Recently, he has also taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an endeavor that has become a rewarding and challenging addition to his personal interests, reinforcing his commitment to discipline and personal growth.
